Day 1356 | Morning Run, Reps, & Watching tv


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I started Friday pretty good with another short morning run but wasn't up up much the rest of the day mostly watching tv. I did keep my eating clean and also started doing some reps in particular really destroying my legs doing dead lifts and lunges. If anything, I never really worked on them in the past and they are underdeveloped compared to my upper body. So from here on out I will train them some more on a regular basis.
