Day 1381 | 2-Hour Afternoon Walk

It was an ok Tuesday where I was productive early on sticking to my new morning and evening routine avoiding screen time. I did also go on quite a long afternoon 2-Hour walk while my cleaning help was doing her work but didn't do anything else all day. I went to bed early and had a great night sleep as I also avoided overeating sticking to heathy food options and drinking enough water.
