Day 1471 | Moring Reps + Run & 3-Hour Walk
It was a pretty good monday starting the month with high goals to reach. I plan on doin some resistance training again but am starting out slow with some reps here and there in the morning to the point where I slightly feel it the day after without being in crazy pain. I also went on a short morning run after which went really easy surprisingly. I guess the 200k steps in 10 days did have a positive impact on this. In the early evening I was up for another walk doing the full 3-Hour Walk listening to a podast during. I also managed to drink 2.5+ Liter of Water and keep my eating clean.
Tuesday will be a family day. I have the intention to once again do some reps in the morning (or evening) and maybe go on a short run. Wednesday I will start a 5-week Hot Yoga Challenge trying to do 25 Sessions in total during that period.
