Day 1493 | Down Day & 90 Minute Hot Yoga


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Wednesday was a bit of an aimless down day as I still need to adjust to the fact that the football season is over while the crypto markets are a lot less intenisve. I pretty much have this every year around this time that I need to switch my focus to things that have a lot less my natural interest which also kind of spikes a bigger sense of loneliness which I usually never experience.

I did manage to drag myself to a evening 90 Minute Hot Yoga Session and plan to make Thurseday into one of the more active days so far with an increased number of reps, and extended run and another hot yoga session in the evening.
