Day 1543 | Family Thursday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thursday was a pretty good day as I managed to be productive until early in the afternood heading home afterward to do some cooking while spending time with my oldest niece who got back from her trip. I also did my bench presses again increasing the weight now to 37kg which is still not making me feel it that much the day after. I also kept my eating rather clear and played quite some basket as a substitute for doing all my squats. I did skip on the core reps doing no knee raises.

In the evening I watched the move The Black Phone which I kind of had high hopes for. While I enjoyed watching, I did expect more from the plot of the movie which was kind of weak to me as I'm usually not into films that are both serious and supernatural.

Friday will be a low pace day most likelt and a heat wave is coming also starting on Monday.
