Day 1553 | Week Planning
With the Belgian League being underway again I now have a more clear daily schedule and I am to plan in some more exercise and healthy eating / weight loss also. I have continued to do my daily 100 bench presses without skipping and increased the weight to 42.5kg yesterday. From here on out at least for the enxt 2 weeks, I plan to be very methodical making a productivity list of things to do each day without slacking and also go on a daily morning run or evening walk depending on the day and the schedule. I'm also going to focus again on drinking more water and have a restriction on the food types I'm allowed no eat (no more processed junk). On top I also will start with the Squats and Knee raises on top of the Bench Presses.
