I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Saturday went down similar to pretty much every week spending a lot of time behind my computer analyzing, watching and betting football matches which I still find hightly enjoyable. Sunday will be very similar with 1 game extra to watch.

The weather right now is back to really good and by no means to hot which should get me going again on being active even though I yet have to take that step again.
