Day 1745 | Afternoon Walk
I was not quite ready to join my hot yoga classes back but I did manage to keep my eating clean and also go on a late afternoon walk or around 60 Minutes before the evening football matches. For I also still have huge issues getting out of bed and am sleeping a lot each night, this time going to bed around 23:30 and only waking up around 10:00 having a great night sleep. Cutting that down to a regular 8 hour sleep is what I'm looking to achieve but I guess the weather needs to become better first for me to succeed in that.

I ate some leftover rice with vegetable curry and also a banana yesterday.
Today GoalsPlaying Tennis and being somewhat productive will be the 2 main goals along with keeping my eating as clean as possible again.
