Day 1750 | Morning Walk & Evening Yoga


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

It was a good Monday with a monring walk which I will try to make a daily habit out of again from here on out. For some reason, days just feel a lot longer when starting them with a 60 minute walk. I also joined a evening hot yoga session which went good. I do feel fully back in the flow with lots of discipline and clear rules not allowing myself any room to deviate from them. So the coming weeks should be good on the weight loss side of things and my skin already started to clear up after 4 hot yoga sweating sessions. The hard part as usual will be once I reach a certain point not to fully revert back to bad habits.


Daily Food Journal
I ate a smoothie and some vegetables in the oven. Carrots, pumpkin, onion, garlic, paprika.

Today GoalsNo Yoga today but instead a family day, doing a morning walk, being productive in the early part of the day and keeping my eating clean after are the main goals.
