Day 2035 | Lunchbreak Yoga Class

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Sturday was another rather slow day but I did manage to join the Lunchbreak yoga session which at least is something. I also continued watching Loki Season 2 and had a bit of productivity but not all too much. I did go to bed quite late, woke up to watch some F1 and went back to sleep again afterward which left me in bed way too long.


Today Goals: I likely will skip on the yoga on Sunday and have another slow day to hopefully fully go at it again on Monday aiming to get some weight loss.
