Day 2110 | Morning Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thursday was an ok day to start te new month but certainly not perfect by any means. I started out the day with an enjoyable morning walk followed with some productivity but also too much discord chatting. I did eat healthy and took my supplments but ended up skipping a hot yoga class with an eye on the football matches in the evening. They once again went great which now got me back in the green on the season which is not something I expected this quickly as I was down quite bad at the start also reducing my stakes aut of caution.

Today Goals: I aim to have more productivity, the Lunchbreak hot yoga class is out of reach by now but I might still join the ealy evening session or at least go for a walk.
