Day 2152 | 3-Hour Afternoon Walk (21k+ Steps)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

The good thing about Thursday is that I got in to gear again to increase my activity going for a long 3-Hour walk which was quite enjoyable. I however didn't fully eat clean which remains the major weak point. I do feel close to fully cured from the illness I had last week I will try to get myself in a fat burning mode in the coming weeks. I also was not focused at all on the football matches and didn't place a single bet. The regular season will clome to the end and I likely put far less time into the playoffs.



Today Goals: I will try to joing back a hot yoga session and do another walk maybe making it an extra family day.
