Day 2322 | Tennis Wednesday

There wasn't too much special about Wednesday as I played my usual hour of tennis to get in some activity and social contact which was plenty of fun. I stopped by the supermarket on my way home and couldn't resist buyin a double pack of frozen pizza and an Iced Tea. So when it comes down to my food intake I still was nowhere. There are exactly 90 more days in the year which I aim to use to finally make a change getting my body in a calory defecit mode as I'm have been pushing it to the limit and can't seem to get below 73kg. My skin now also is starting to worsen again.
I did take a good start in the evening making sure my entire apartment is clean so I'm ready to get going and I likely will use my daily blogs to do a food diary hoping it will prevent me from eating unhealthy or overeating.
New Day Goals: The goal on Thursday is to first of all eat healthy and if possible do some reps while also having my focus on the evening football matches.
