Day 655 | Watching Football

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was a very regular saturday where I spent most my time preparing, watching and betting football. After some real roller coaster swings I did end up with some good profit while the crypto markets also continue to go up which is making it a very hot start of the year overall. The Belgian matches on sunday are delayed due to a storm that's coming so I'll have some time for other things. Likely it will be a very slow sunday and I'll get back to my yoga classes on Monday!

I did fail to resist pizza yesterday after having some really good eating days and my sleep pattern also needs to improve again as I'm up late and staying in bed too long after waking up.
