Day 893 | 90 Days Until 2021

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Right now there are exactly 90 days left until 2021 and I want to have another go at it (after some failed attempts) to really push myself forward. The same deal as always, eat healthy whole food plant based, drink a lot of water, work out, sleep enough, take supplements, lose some weight, build some more muscle.

I'm motivated once again to go for it, these first 10 days will be a matter of getting into that flow. Slowly adjusting my sleeping hours to going to bed around 23:00 and waking up around 07:00 for a solid and steady 8 hours of sleep. I will be doing intermittent fasting the coming days and also plan to get to my routine of joining 3 hot yoga classes each week.

Weekly Weigh-In

Instead of hitting the scale, I'll be weighing myself on a weekly basis. The first goal will be to hit the long-term goal of 62kg with the aim to build it back up with more muscles afterwards.
