Que onda amigos hivers, desde hace un par de semanas atrás me he propuesto a volver caminar y trotar por mi pueblo Villa de Cura, una actividad que hace años atrás hacia con mucha regularidad, esas actividades físicas me ayudo bastante para que mi cuerpo estuviera en forma, pero cuando llegó la pandemia deje de hacer estas actividades por prevención.
What's up hivers friends, since a couple of weeks ago I have proposed to return to walk and jog around my town Villa de Cura, an activity that years ago I did very regularly, these physical activities helped me a lot to keep my body in shape, but when the pandemic came I stopped doing these activities for prevention.
La cuestión es que desde que empezó la pandemia yo concentre totalmente en hacer contenido y me fui olvidando de volver hacer actividad física hasta hoy en día, pero hace como semanas decidí a volver hacer mis rutinas diarias de caminar y trotar una hora en la mañana y una hora en la tarde.
The thing is that since the pandemic started I concentrated totally on making content and I forgot to do physical activity again until today, but about weeks ago I decided to return to my daily routines of walking and jogging for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon.
Hoy mi rutina diaria la hice en el complejo deportivo llamado CVN, que está ubicado en la plaza Bolívar de mi pueblo, el cual siempre está abierto al público. Aquí podrás encontrar clases de diferentes deportes, tales como: Futbol Sala, Baloncesto, Natación y Karate.
Today I did my daily routine in the sports complex called CVN, which is located in the Bolivar square of my town, which is always open to the public. Here you can find classes of different sports, such as: Indoor Soccer, Basketball, Swimming and Karate.
