¡Que onda amigos hivers!, otro día full lleno actividad física como bien me propuse hace un par de semanas atrás para volver estar en forma desde que unos años me volví muy flojo y dejé de estar saludable.

What's up hivers friends, another full day full of physical activity as I set out to do a couple of weeks ago to get back in shape since a few years ago I got too lazy and stopped being healthy.

Para el día de hoy decidí hacer mis actividades físicas como caminar y trotar en un lugar que queda muy cerca a donde yo vivo, este lugar que les muestro en fotos son las bases estructurales de un súper mercado llamado Mikro, que hace años atrás funcionaba, pero cuando cerraron el mercado los dueños del terreno no pusieron seguridad y con el tiempo personas de la zona estuvieron desvalijando lo que quedaba del súper mercado hasta dejarlo en sus bases.

For today I decided to do my physical activities like walking and jogging in a place that is very close to where I live, this place that I show you in photos are the structural bases of a super market called Mikro, which years ago worked, but when they closed the market the owners of the land did not put security and over time people in the area were plundering what was left of the super market to leave it on its bases.

Desde que el lugar quedó esas condiciones, en abandono total, los vecinos de la zona, niños y adultos se ha adueñado de lugar para hacer actividades, tales como las siguientes: manejar bicicletas, jugar fútbol, caminar y trotar.

Since the place was left in this condition, in total abandonment, the neighbors of the area, children and adults have taken possession of the place to do activities such as: riding bicycles, playing soccer, walking and jogging.
