As you can see I didn't walk much but I had such an interesting conversations with my local UAE friend he visited a lot of countries so the way he thinks is much more open than most.

We were talking about his visits in Japan he said it's so much bigger than Abu Dhabi I'm quite surprised because people always say Japan is small and all but the city is huge.

I told him that if he ever want to invest in Sabah Malaysia just let me know I have an idea to build a chicken 🐓 farm I know how but I have no capital for it we spoke very deep about it as well in term of costing, land buying, electricity cost, water, the barn etc. Also the chicken 🐓 poop 💩 we can turn it into fertilizer for sale as well that can make more profit.

After that we talk about personal stuff that I can't share it here because it's personal lol 😂 the only time we walk is when we need to use the washroom haha that's why I reach my 5k activity mostly washroom trips.

After the meeting I walk around to make sure I reach the 5k really didn't think I make it but I did which is good news.

• It's a sign that you're on the right route and at the appropriate time right now when you look back on your past and feel like throwing up.
• Nothing lasts forever so don't think on it for too long whatever is lost is lost whatever is gain is gain
