Hey everyone!

Today I would like to talk about cats.

In my observations, cats are one of the most aware living beings on earth.

Many people would say cats just sleep and eat...

But I would say that’s not exactly what they do...

Cats meditate bigger part of their life!

1. By the time they are not meditating they are looking to hunt.
   1.1 f they are outdoor cats...
   1.2 If they are home cats they have everything they need to satisfy their bodies(food, energy)
   So they meditate most of the time.
   1.3 If they have eliminated the need to hunt, they can enjoy their meditation throughout their lifetime.

Basically what I want to say is:

They are the best meditational living beings on earth.

I've done many meditations with cats so I know how their energy works thru their bodies...
You even may hear that they can feel the pain in your body and lie down in the place.

That’s correct they understand and feel everything!
