There are a few important aspects into everything we are doing as well.
- It’s always the food we eat.
Our food should be fast for digestion so it doesn’t bother the body to consume too much energy for digestion.
Those can be all the soft fruits 🍌 🍉 beans rice 🍚 potatoes 🥔 in my experience and opinion.

2. It’s good if we sleep outside during the summer days at least as I’m doing in every other day that is not raining 🌧
Sleeping outdoors is good so you can breathe fresh air at least during the night, because as we know most of the people are closed in a small room daily without any fresh air.
Also helps you strengthen your immune system.
