Criando listas de Recapitulação

O primeiro passo consiste na preparação de listas onde estão de algum modo ordenados os itens de nossa recapitulação.

Para apurar a técnica é necessário que pelo menos no início as lembranças não venham de forma aleatória e confusa.

Por isto a importância destas listas, nas quais o aspecto central são os nomes de todas as pessoas relevantes com as quais convivemos durante nossas vidas.

Mas deve-se incluir também lugares como casas, ruas e épocas específicas, por exemplo o período em que estudou em determinada escola. etc.
