Não que Luiz Felipe fosse religioso, mas ele nos apresentou os conceitos de divindade na Grécia Antiga, e de Deus segundo Aristoteles.

Era um professor que estimulava o desejo pelo conhecimento, a pensar e buscar por respostas para as grandes questões filosóficas, e despertou em muitos de nós a admiração em face aos mistérios da existência.

Além disto, ele nos surpreendeu ao afirmar a gigantesca importância da Bíblia. Segundo ele, todas as bases da nossa civilização se encontravam ali, e que para compreender a cultura ocidental, seria essencial estuda-la.
