My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2020
Started the week being a bit more normal. Wrote up last week's trades = first time in 4 months since the health crash. My wife worked from home for the day.
Wanted to check on two new orchids and walked a little earlier than normal. Decided to check below the track to see how seeds go in flood water. First greenhood about 4 metres below the track
In every eddy from the flood water are clusters of orchids - hiding behind a rock

Hiding behind a fallen branch. Sure glad I left the track.
Next photo shows an insect inside the gallea (hood). Probably the pollinator.
Further along the track a bud forming - maybe a different type.
Not sure what this spike is in amongst the acianthus leaves. Most likely a mushroom.

Purpose of walk achieved to see progress of acianthus caudatus - a few days to go.
Did like the image of nodding greenhood and budding mayfly orchid in one frame
Crossed to other side of the creek for maroonhood update. Still only one flower - front on

Back view showing striped pattern. Sepals are not yet fully developed. I did move a log to protect plants on north side of the track to stop walkers and MTBers going over them. My south side work has paid dividends.
Dinner ingredients lined up for Hungarian goulash - onions, celery, capsicum, carrots, garlic, beef, paprika, cream. All laid out in sequence of cooking
Trade action: UK questions Huawei for 5G. Buy NOK. European banks are bouncing - buy CBK.DE, GLE.PA, INGA.AS, CRIN.MI. Saw news about CBK CEO and Chairman resigning afterwards. Rounded up VK.PA to start writing covered calls. Wrote some new covered calls with premiums still good.
