My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2020

Grey day with not a lot planned. Contact sports are back for 2nd weekend. Went to watch my sons play football (soccer). Eldest son first (number 10).

He started playing again this year for same club as his brother. He did score the first goal. Team lost 7-3 after turning around at half time 2-0 ahead.

Younger son plays a higher grade was playing against my local Turramurra team. He was subbed off a lot as he has not been able to go to practice with placements getting in the way. They did go 2-1 up but lost 3-2.

First time at this new ground not far from my house. So I took a chance to walk the bush perimeter. Was rewarded with some orchid leaves but no flowers.

Eldest son came over for dinner.

Dinner: roast pork.

We had a fascinating conversation with our visiting friend. He pointed to some disturbing stuff coming from China along their belt and road plans. Great phone call with one of my former partners all about new opportunities

Tomorrow we have a few days off
