More Lemon Leek Orchids : My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2021

The day after a bust is always hard to get up from. No speaks is the safe way. No change today. The days are blending into a blur of not being free. I got out onto the bike in the afternoon for a late walk

I saw these the day before - looks like a grass seed

First fringe lily on this track

Hard to say if this stage of opening is a good photo or not - I like it - like life begins a little blurry

When I see this stuff I wonder what damage will be done to orchids. Looks like they are demarcating an Aboriginal site to save it from damage. That is good stuff.

Afternoon light is often great for the photographer when he watches shadows

Track heads into a wooded section and a known spot for leek orchids

Bonza. Found one on the opposite side of track to last sighting

Pinned the new spot - will check the other out on the way back

Dropped down the hill to see bonnet orchid action. Quite a few open but photos were not up to standard

Luckily there were a few open - all new openers

Track back to that GPS spot - 2nd flower is open on that side

This is when afternoon light gets hard. Struggle to get focus right

This caught my eye off track - I saw one like this the other day with a pink centre

Last time I cycled further down the track. Walked this this time and found a microtis orchid on the way back
