Creeks Flowing Hard : My Actifit Report Card: December 10 2021

Wow! Day broke out with a blue sky. Maybe I could get in a bike ride. By the time I was moving, the blue was gone and it started to go grey. I had an idea - go for a walk and knock off a little shopping on the way. The rain started to pour as I parked. Did the shopping instead and went home

I had to do the orchid a day quest. Walked from home a little later hoping to find hyacinth orchids on a local track. It was wet, wet with the creeks running hard

Did find a variegated hyacinth orchid in bud in a new location - maybe orchid of the day in a new spot

Every creek running hard

Deep Creek was a bit deep to cross without getting very wet. Turned back to track back up a side hill to get to shops for birdseed

Small price to pay for walking in rainforest when it is wet. Leeches.

Orchid promise on the way home. At least it did not rain and I can always access the other side of the creek by the long way around road. I did find a few new orchid spots and one in flower for orchid of the day.
