Vineyard Roses for an Off Day : May 21 2022

The day broke grey. Rain held off for a bit. Did the shopping while it was still wet. Town was busy with the voters in town.

I decided to try out the mower to see how it would go on wettish grass. Not grown much in two weeks - still thick in parts. Oil cap popped off when I pushed under some bushes - clouds of smoke. Mower went toes up not long after - overheated. Two thirds done.

Turned to trimming dog rose on the pergola - until rain stopped play

Cannot say it was a great day. Half the lawn done. 10% of the pergola pruning done. The win was my wife cooked dinner and we are supposedly free. We stayed away from election gobshite
