Was good to get a good sleep. Sure helps having sorted my back out. Got to sleep OK. Was able to get back to sleep each time I got up.
We have an afternoon concert we are going to - got out to walk the streets to be sure of a getting the steps in

This is what is happening to property around here. Buy a house for around A$2 million. Knock the house down and build a monster house for $600k with more than one family moving in. New owners are never from these parts

We invited a friend over to join is for the concert in one of the Northern Beaches bowling clubs.
Watched Kate Lush Band. My wife has known Kate for years. We have seen her play maybe 30 times. A few personality changes in the band. Drummer and bass guitar player are new. Lead guitarist has been poached away. They played mostly covers. Lots of dancing. They stopped just after 7pm.
My friend really enjoyed the time away. It was a buzz. I drove home.
