Hot Rod Action on the road back to Sydney : January 4 2024
Time to head back to Sydney after a good break away. Head down to chicken shed to dump the vege scraps and a photo of Coolangatta Mountain - first day in a few with blue sky up above
Chicken shed is in an old caravan - no chickens in sight. Not a case of not being let out. They have been retired and new ones are arriving today
My wife came back from her knitting group meeting in Kiama. A big semi has broken down on the road in the direction we will drive. Delayed our departure by an hour hoping it would be cleared
No such luck. Came up on these two hot rods - this one has an Edelbrock engine. Could not get a full on side photo
The one in front had the same back end but the front was different. It paid the price of twenty minutes of crawling - overheated and had to pull off
Trip home was quite quick after that delay. Good to be home. Weather has been mild while we have been away
Pelargonium is making a good display - better than in the old place
A few flowers emerging on the star jasmine. It was a wedding party gift when my wife's nephew got married. We all got a plant
Oncidium orchids are still flowering - one bud is in focus
Dinner - pizza with Christmas ham - prepped
