Make up day for things missed yesterday. The lamp we bought was missing its shade. I took it back to the store. And slotted in the walk I could not do on Terrey Hills side of Ku-ring Gai Chase NP

Coral heath flower

Largest tear drop flower ever seen

Was a walk for mushrooms

All shapes

And sizes

Lots of yellow - goodenia I think

Signs of small nodding greenhood - a few weeks to flowering

Largest - saucer size

Small red bellied black snake on track edge

More creatures - orb weaver spidet

Mission was orchids - found a fee chiloglottis orchids off track

A bit late posting - will do the rest tomorrow with lots more photos

Stunning flowers, mushrooms, even a snake, orb spiders are great to see ability at building big webs between trees over streams quite often.
