Rainy day hibiscus Shoalheaven Heads walk : April 22 2025

A monster rain storm overnight and heaps more during the day. Turns that into a do stuff at home day - investing stuff, blog writing stuff

Did go out for a late afternoon walk. Regular readers will know this as a hibiscus umbrella walk. No umbrella but there are a few hibiscus flowers on the loop

Yellow - seems to flower all year

Walk could also be moods of the mountain

Was a man photographing birds. For some reason the crested doves were all parked on the powerlines with the cold backdrop for contrast

Normally rain over the mountain is a clue about getting wet - not this time as the rain came from the sea - got a bit wet

We went down to bowling club for a drink - won a meat tray in the raffle. Made dinner at home - BBQ from the meat tray
