Empty houses Killara way : July 28 2025

Morning got busy - started to explore new avenues for my online marketing business. Some time ago I bought a bunch of membership programs which I can sell ad my own. Went through all the training - mostly techie stuff about what button but some ideas on cross selling.

Coming soon. Went walking late to get steps done - wanted to walk a loop that has some remant bush. Maybe an orchid - did find this one on the way

Noticed the full bins on the street. House next to the railway line is now empty. Does not look like it is going to be moved into - more likely held until the house next door goes

The next of the empty houses makes the theme for the day - moving on

Tricky photo time - azalea in full light - did my best the throw a shadow

Magnolia was a bit different- only one flower open on a tree full of buds. New beginnings

Path goes down to the creek - photo across to the big trees of the old bush. The bamboo in front will eventually wipe out the original bush

An important landmark in architecture - a reserve named for the famous architect

Walked past this house a lot of times - first photo - this house is being overtaken by the bush. There is a bin on the street which tells me someone still lives there. But the blinds are down - house is at the back - shed on the right

Quarry Masons Forest - quarried out to make roads years back. Was hoping there might be orchids on the edges

The quarry walls. Did walk to edges that were too wet to approach last time - took a step and started to sink into the mud - oops

Banana tree on the way down from there - flower not yet open but fruit is forming

Back to the theme - an empty house but this one is being worked on - new drainage I can see.
