I use premade gluten free bases. The topping - base layer of tomato passata (maybe 5 tablespoons - do nit want the base too soggy), tomato paste, teaspoon of olive oil and mixed Italian herbs. Cheese layer next - a mix of mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar (about a third each). Next layer - a mix of chopped onion and capsicum. Next layer is your preferred mix of a little protein - ham, salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, shredded chicken, cooked prawns - your choice. Sprinkle some chopped mushroom and jalapeno and sometimes avocado
Cooking time - at 180C - I do the bases 4 minutes a side and then with the topping 8 minutes
