Denver Nuggets closes series against Phoenix Suns and goes to the Western Conference Finals [EN/PT-BR]

The Nuggets team was favored for the excellent season and for playing with the complete team. The Suns were playing without Chris Paul and even with good performances by Devin Booker and Kevin Durant it was not enough to face the first place in the Western Conference.

Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray combined to average 34.5 points and 24.8 points respectively. The Serbian center had a triple-double in practically every game.

With Bruce Brown, Aaron Gordon, Michael Porter Jr. and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope also contributing double figures, the Denver Nuggets can field two competitive teams if they want to.

For the Phoenix Suns, only Devin Booker and Kevin Durant scored significantly, averaging 30.8 points and 29.5 points respectively. The rest of the team was a disappointment and putting it all together didn't add up to one.

Now, the Nuggets await the winner of the series between Lakers and Warriors, while the Suns will have to reorganize to assemble a better team for next season.
