Remembering the old times

Hello Skate Hive family, I want to introduce here to yours the way where I started to learn my first tricks.

This place is located in the northern part of the city of São Paulo, inside a park called Parque Da Juventude.

This park used to be a prison where there were prisoners from all over Brazil. At that time, there was a terrible massacre that resulted in the death of more than 100 people. A few years later, the prisoners were relocated and the prison was demolished, and then they created this park and its skate track.

In 2018, I was starting to skate and some friends showed me this spot. I immediately fell in love with the number of possibilities I could create.

This spot is very close to my house, so for a long time I went there every day. I made many friends there and learned many things that go beyond skateboarding, such as humility and respect.

Nowadays I don't go there as much, as life has taken me to other places, but whenever I have the opportunity I go and have fun and remember those good times.

Salve rapaziada do skate hive, quero apresentar para vocês a pista que eu comecei a aprender minhas primeiras manobras.

Essa pista está localizada na zona norte da cidade de São Paulo, fica dentro de um parque que se chama Parque Da Juventude.

Antigamente esse parque era um presídio aonde tinham presos de todo o Brasil, nessa época houve um massacre sinistro, que resultou na morte de mais de 100 pessoas, alguns anos depois os presos foram realocados e o presídio foi demolido e então criaram esse parque e sua pista de skate.

No ano de 2018 eu estava começando a andar de skate e uns amigos me mostraram essa pista, me apaixonei na hora pelo número de possibilidades que eu poderia criar.

Essa pista é bem próxima a minha casa, então por muito tempo eu ia todos os dias lá, fiz muitas amizades naquele local e aprendi muitas coisas que vão além do skate como humildade e respeito.

Hoje em dia já não freguento tanto, pois a vida me levou à outros lugares, mas sempre que tenho a oportunidade vou me divertir e relembrar aquela boa época.
