Sometimes things are not happens in our favour, exactly the opposite of what we think..On that day, we should be patient, avoid making mistakes.It is not possible if we think that each day is good for us.
So it becomes important if you feel that today is not a good day for you. Avoid doing important work on that day.
Now I have completed my today's actifit exercise session and today I able to reach 7k steps by walking, playing badminton along with some physical therapy at the time of morning..
