My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2020
Hi beautiful world!
this is my whole day's activities that I did throughout the day.
It was a working day for me. Yesterday I was on leave, so I have to complete rest of the work today. Now weather is changing everyday.. autumn season is going on, after the winter season will start.
To be honest, winter season always my first choice.. there is no need to take bath everyday..lol..
Now I have completed my today's actifit exercise session and today I able to reach 6k steps by walking, moving around the office along with some exercise and meditation at the time of morning.
Hope you are also doing your best to keep yourself fit and healthy..
