Today joined morning exercise activities. My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2021

This is my today's actifit report card..
After very long time I was again in my playground to participate in morning physical exercise like doing some yoga and playing cricket match..
Actually from today I have to change my scheduled. I have to get up early in the morning and have to reach playground 6 o'clock at morning.
tlTo be honest feeling much better rather than other days because due to physical exhaustion, I can get a better sleep and also can keep my fitness maintain by participating in morning exercise.
Due to covid-19 I was away from cricket match over than 10 month..
Now feel good being with the friends..
today my score is pretty good that is over 14k steps by playing cricket match and moving around the office..
