This is my today's actifit report card..
Today my score is pretty good that is over 10k steps. At the time of morning again I was in my playground for physical therapy..
Schedule little bit change, before it morning session starts at 7 o'clock but from yesterday it starts at 6 o'clock.. I mean have to do extra effort to get up early in the morning..
Previous two days sun is shining brightly.. no fog no mist just sun rays everywhere..
This is the beginning of spring season after that summer season..
Hope my all friends doing their best to keep themselves fit and healthy..
