Here is my whole day's activities that I did throughout the day to take my steps over than 8k steps..
Again I was in my playground very early in the morning where I spent over than 1 hour her physical maintenance and yoga.
These activities was helped me to take my steps over than 8k.
Now have a look on this beautiful plants.
Hello I do not know its name but it is a thorny plant having some flower which is not yet bloom, still in bud. At the edge of the leaf there is some sharp thorn like niddle..
Last one is a species of creeper, having some yellow flower.. its leaf's taste is sour..
Hope my friends will be good and keeping themselves fit and healthy..
