As long as our physical activities continue, we stay away from various diseases but as soon as we start living a comfortable life, our difficulty increases. Not that it is the things written in books but real life I have experienced moments. There will be many people who cannot sleep without medicines. Even for digesting food, powder has to be used. In the changing nature of life, we are hardly able to pay attention to our health, as a result of which we definitely earn some money that their eyesight needs. We lose sleep, we lose health benefits. It is not that we cannot take out time for our health, but we always keep blaming the circumstances by referring to the time. There comes a day when doctors advice to take bed rest. If we had implemented these things earlier, then such a situation would not have arisen today.
Nowo finishing my today's activities with 6k step that I get by moving around the office and walking.
