Hope life has been going good for you...
This is my today's actifit report card. Today my score is just 5K steps. It was the first day in the last 1 week that it did not rain. Here is flood situation in most of the state due to heavy rainfall. I was happy that I will enjoy this Sunday staying at room but it was not happened so. 11 o'clock I have to go my office. I mean my holiday turned into working day.lol..


Now have a look at this innocent creature/ insect. These insect were crawling over the fence. The truth is that these creatures are very shy. When we touch them, they make their body round in the form of a circle. In the rainy season there is abundance of this type of creature. You will find it everywhere in places with moisture.

After noon these insects were crawling on the boundary of the office. I wanted to see them up closely. They always stay in the group. Other species of them are found. These are the smallest species of insects. Larger species are longer and thicker than these. They are called Gwalins in the local language.
Now finishing my activities with 5K steps that I get by walking and moving around the office.
