My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2021

Hi beautiful world!
Happy Thursday to all..
It was sunny this morning, around 1:00 am suddenly dark clouds started gathering and after half an hour of torrential rain, the sky cleared once again. At 2:30, when I left the office for home, I saw clusters of clouds on the way. Often the sky becomes clear after heavy rain, but clusters of white clouds remain in the sky. Capturing them in the camera in front of the bright glare of the sun is a difficult task. Wherever I looked, clusters of white clouds were seen gathering. My colleagues and I stopped for a while in the shade of the tree from where the clouds flying in different directions ,I captured them in mobile.

Definitely this was a panoramic view which is often seen after rain. It was getting hot and humid since morning. After the sudden rain, once again the arrival of strong sunlight increased the heat. For the last one month, the mood of the weather seems to be impossible to guess. It starts raining suddenly in the bright sunshine. Conditions are that after 12:00 o'clock in the night it starts getting cold and before that there is strong humidity. The human body is failing to organize itself in this changing form, due to which the problem of seasonal fever, cold and cough is increasing continuously. Due to continuous soaking for 2 days, the problem of sore throat and cold has started from the last 2 days.

However, I am constantly taking ginger basil tea by adding it so that I can get rid of the problem. Hope till the end of this weekend I will able to recover it. It is not all about me but mostly people are having same issue due to changing weather.

Now finishing mytoday's activities with 8k steps that I get by walking and moving around the office.
