My Actifit Report Card: November 15 2021
Hi beautiful world!
This is my today's actifit report card..
Today my score is pretty good that is over 9k steps.. again getting pretty good score.. Monday here considered as much busy day because a market day. No need to say now and days almost able to touch 9k steps. It is because at evening time I used to do some exercise and yoga. It is winter season so it is perfect time for physical maintenance..
Before it I was participating in children's day activities. Really I have a lot fun being with children. Some presents, toffee , chocolate, en book copies that made the children happy.
No finishing my activities with 9k steps that I get by walking, visiting nearby market and moving around the office.
