My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2022

This is my today's whole days activities that I did throughout the day to take my score over 11k steps. It was not a fantastic day, since yesterday there is severe cold can be feel. You can see that I was again in my cricket playground and there was fog all around, visibility was very low, so it was very difficult especially for the fielding side. My companions are enjoying batting.

Today I played in the team as opener and I was not out, unbeaten 33 run just playing 21 ball. My team made 107 run in 10 over lost of 7 wicket. Today I did not bolwed because due to wet playground I slipped and there was some pain in my thigh pad. Anyway we won the match by 3 run. It was winning run that I saved and slipped at boundary line.
This is the part of game. most important thing is physical exercise and I am enjoying it very much.

now finishing my activities with 11k steps that I get by watching and playing cricket match.
