My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2022

This is my whole day's stepping that I did throughout the day to take my steps over 9k.
after 4 days again I was at my playground for physical exercise and playing cricket match. It was a monotonous day. Mostly player feeling tired. actually it was not a tough match or not related to series just it was formality and for only fun. Yet it was enough to take my score over 6k steps.
When I return from there, it was office time and I finished rest of the task and made by way for my office that starts 9 o'clock at morning. I spent there over 6 hour and when I returned from there it was market day here. So at evening I was in the market to buy some fresh vegetable and grocery too. When I returned home I was physically exhausted due to exceed stepping.
Now finishing my activities with 9k steps that I get by walking, playing cricket match, moving around the office and visiting nearby market..
