My Actifit Report Card: May 6 2022

Hello beautiful world!
Wishing you a great day ahead..
This is my today's stepping count report card. Again pretty good score with 9k steps.
Since morning winds was blowing hard but after getting noon it was suddenly stopped and again overheat and humid started to show it's fierce form. After noon it was scorching sun till evening, but after evening the sky again became cloudy. now and days I'm missing my morning session that is why I hardly able to fulfill the requirement of actifit post . Sometimes I have to remain unfinish my activity post.

It was again busy day for me like other days. But it was not a physical work but it was a mental work. Till noon I worked at my office after that I left my office 1:35pm at noon.
At evening I was in the market to buy fresh vegetables cucumber watermelon along with other substance for daily basis use. It was weekend market day here.

Now finishing my activities with 9k steps that I get by walking moving around the office visiting nearby market to buy fresh vegetables. Hope you are also stretching your body and keeping yourself fit and healthy. 💪💪
