My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2022

Happy Mother's Day to my all friends..
This is my today's actifit report card and today my score is just average 5k steps..
It was Sunday, mostly time I spend staying at room. Today I also get up very late at morning.. I was hoping that I could not score 5K steps today but at evening I decided to have chicken along with a cane of beer. For it I walked almost 2 kilometre pedestrian. Finally I was happy with 5k steps..
Before it today I wanted to participate in morning session but could not get up at right time.. when I wake up it was 7:30 at morning. It means I was too late for morning session. Being hopeless I decided to finish rest of the task related my room. Till evening I able to manage 5K steps..
Now finishing my activities with 5k steps that I get by walking and visiting nearby market..
I think Sunday always be a busy day, hardly we get chance for outdoor visit..
