This is my today's whole days activity that I did throughout the day to take my stepping over 9k steps... It was pretty good morning . Everything went on as usual till 11:00. Suddenly a strong loo started blowing which continued till 5:00 PM. And this made again atmosphere full of humidity. Anyway I am happy with 9k stepping..
Very early in the morning I completed stretching my body with physical exercise, yoga and meditation. During morning time I hardly get chance to do some extra activities.. At 7: 10 I was ready for my office that continue till 12:30. Now and days there is survey going on that is why stepping increasing each day.
At evening I was in the nearby market as it was market day here.. Monday and Friday considered as a market day here..
Now finishing my activities with 9k steps that I get by walking, doing exercise,yoga , moving around the office and visiting nearby market..
Hope you are also doing good to keep yourself fit and healthy..
