This is my today's actifit report card and today my score is just 6k steps..
Today I could not finish my task that I want to do with physical exercise, yoga and meditation, nor it was a market day where I could spend few moment. Yes it was a working day that is why I able to reach till 6k stepping.
From month April may routine has been changed that is why my stepping always be average.. I always miss my morning session where I used to spend one or two hour for physical exercise. It is old memories taking my Ayodhya visit. Today I could not go outside that is why I have to search old memories to place as actifit images.
Now finishing my activities with 6k steps that I get by walking and moving around the office.. Hope you are also doing good to keep yourself fit and healthy..
